Pavia and Ansaldo is a place of sharing: of professional experiences, of course, but also of values, perspectives and human growth.
This is how the Litigation Think Thank was created, from one of the many informal chats in which we exchanged our feelings and the issues we dealt with and we shared the elements of interest to preserve the identity that the Firm transmitted to us.
Identity, and not by coincidence. Because Pavia e Ansaldo has always paid attention to the distinctive profile and standing of its professionals and, in particular, when providing assistance in litigation to companies and individuals in disputes arising, sometimes inevitably, from economic and social activities.
When litigation occurs, the strength of the structure that supports and assists is fundamental. And the awareness of an identity is just as fundamental to guarantee both human and professional qualities in providing assistance.
Our Firm’s litigators are encouraged to meet and exchange ideas frequently, and are trained to work in synergy with each other and with their colleagues of all departments to provide clients with the dedicated and careful assistance that everyone who has dealt with the Firm has experienced.
The Litigation Think Tank project is an expression of this interaction, and the blog is a corollary aimed at encouraging and stimulating dialogue.
It is no coincidence that the various souls of the different litigation skills of the Firm are well represented in it: Michele (banking and finance, safety at work) Eugenia (dispute resolution), Niccolò (civil and corporate) Antonello (administrative), Giovanni (private & wealth management, civil and corporate), Gabriele (intellectual property) Roberto (civil, corporate and arbitration) Francesco (labor and welfare).
We have chosen as a trait d’union our common passion for the fine arts and decided to associate each article with a piece of work that has fallen into the public domain.
